Изменить ситуацию позволит новая система разработки и утверждения территориальных схем, которая начнет действовать с 1 января 2025 года. Главное, что впервые все терсхемы будут создаваться по единому стандарту. Это значительно упростит их анализ и сопоставление.
О результатах анализа и новых правилах РЭО доложил на штабе по организации обращения с ТКО, который проходит на площадке Координационного центра Правительства.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
