Первый – на 2 поезда с максимальной ценой 1,9 млрд руб. с НДС (в среднем 85,9 млн руб. за вагон). К поставкам предполагается подвижной состав с конструкционной скоростью 120 км/ч, ускорением 0,7 м/с² и не менее 996 местами для сидения. В мае стоимость аналогичного по параметрам подвижного состава ЦППК оценивала в 81,1 млн руб. за вагон.
Второй – на 5 поездов с максимальной ценой 4,8 млрд руб. с НДС (в среднем 87,6 млн руб. за вагон). По нему снижен параметр ускорения с 0,7 до 0,66 м/с², но в то же время добавлено требование об оснащении LCD-экранами каждого выхода из салона.
Итоги конкурсов по обоим лотам планируется подвести 7 августа, а подвижной состав ожидается до конца марта 2024 года.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
