Победу присвоили швейцарской Stadler: она объявила о заключении рамочного контракта с метрополитеном столицы Португалии на поставку до 36 трехвагонных поездов. При этом заявка конкурировавшего в тендере китайского производителя была на 14,2% ниже, чем у Stadler – €115 млн против €134 млн при начальной цене в €138 млн.
Стоимость тендера была ниже уровня в €250 млн, при котором закупки попадают под контроль Еврокомиссии. Внимание к тендерам и сделкам с активами было повышено на фоне экспансии китайских компаний на рынок Европы.
Причины выбора в сторону Stadler метрополитен Лиссабона не озвучил. В то же время швейцарская компания намерена поставлять поезда серии ML 24: они идентичны составам ML 20, которые Stadler передает сейчас городу по контракту-2021 на 14 машин. Это трехвагонные поезда вместимостью 540 человек с частичной автоматизацией уровня GoA2. Производиться новые поезда будут в испанской Валенсии.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
