Между "Можно говорить о снижении тарифов" на газ до "Сегодня определённо нельзя говорить о сокращении цен на газ" у замечательной молдавской власти, составленной сплошь из эффективных менеджеров и отборных "хороших людей", работающих по лучшим европейским практикам и стандартам, прошло ровно 14 дней.

Видимо, таков новый доступный горизонт планирования.

А ведь когда-то 4 года этого самого горизонта планирования, то есть один электоральный цикл, казалось невыносимо мало для нормального функционирования государства и экономики.
