Я понимаю, что "где есть жизнь, там и опасность", или "опасности надо идти навстречу, а не ждать на месте", или наконец "волков бояться - в лес не ходить", но управляющие компании исправно принимают платежи (и вообще-то немаленькие, в некоторых странах их нет вообще), и не могут минимизировать опасность для жизни жильцов, элементарно счистив снег? 🤔 Самим лезть чистить? Так они и ключи для выхода на крышу не дадут ))0))
Всё больше убеждаюсь, что УК это бесполезная, вредная, и как каждую зиму выясняется, опасная система содержания домов.

Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel.
