В Госдуму внесен проект поправок в Закон о бесплатной юридической помощи, направленный на расширение круга лиц, имеющих право на получение БЮП (законопроект № 741811-8).
Поддержав законопроект, одна из адвокатов заметила, что можно было бы дополнить перечень получателей БЮП всеми нуждающимися в дополнительной социальной поддержке гражданами. Другой заметил, что поправки направлены на реализацию равной юридической защиты дополнительных категорий граждан. В ФПА РФ также положительно оценили законопроект, отметив, что необходимо максимально расширить перечень видов БЮП, включив в нее и представление нуждающихся лиц в суде адвокатами.
