В продаже на витрине была обнаружена молочная продукция с истёкшими сроками годности: это 2 упаковки сыра «Моцарелла» и 6 бутылок козьего молока общей стоимостью 420 рублей.
Основанием для такого визита послужили индикаторы риска, сработавшие в системе «Честный знак».
❗️Напоминаем, что продажа пищевой продукции с истёкшим сроком годности законодательством запрещена. По предписанию Управления указанная молочная продукция снята с реализации.
По данному факту Управлением Роспотребнадзора ИП Ярошенко С.А. привлечен к административной ответственности в виде штрафа в размере 30 000 рублей.
