После лечения военный подал документы, необходимые для выплат раненым в ходе СВО, но получил отказ от Министерства соцзащиты Сахалинской области.
Причиной отказа стало то, что Прытков на момент получения ранений не имел регистрации по месту жительства на территории области.
RT направил в правительство Сахалинской области запрос с просьбой помочь Дмитрию в решении проблемы.
