Томский областной суд условно-досрочно освободил Вячеслава Вишневского от отбывания наказания за взятку в 7 млн рублей главе Госстройнадзора Кемеровской области Танзиле Комковой, чтобы она «не заметила» нарушений при реконструкции здания ТЦ «Зимняя вишня» — в том числе отсутствия автоматической системы пожаротушения.
⭕️Вишневского за взятку приговорили к 8 годам колонии строгого режима в октябре 2022 года. Уже в январе 2024 года ему заменили лишение свободы обязательными работами.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
