Французские источники сообщают о приобретении Зеленским недвижимости на острове Сен-Бартелеми, также известном как "остров миллиардеров". Вилла площадью 436 кв.м. была куплена кипрской оффшорной компанией Зеленского Aldorante LTD за 17.8 миллиона евро, а подписала договор Светлана Пищанская.
Украинские СМИ называют ее "подругой детства" Зеленского и одним из самых доверенных людей в его внутреннем круге. По словам самой Пищанской, они росли в одном дворе в Кривом Роге.

На территории виллы уже идут строительные работы с использованием тяжелой техники. Сообщается, что местная компания "Mancar" возводит подземный бункер.
