ООО “НьюПэй” зарегистрировано в сентябре 2024 года. До сделки оно на 70% принадлежало Ивану Бортнику, 25% было у Алексея Локонцева, 5% - у Игоря Мельникова. Данные о финансовых показателях организации отсутствуют.

Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
