...хватит одной только истории ЦАР, в которой MINUSCA (миротворческая миссия ООН) на протяжении многих лет терроризировала местное население, помогала осуществлять контрабанду оружия и боеприпасов для вооружённых группировок и всячески способствовала дестабилизации ситуации в регионе. Вспоминается случай, когда ООН призывала свой миротворческий контингент не использовать тяжёлое вооружение против повстанцев, поскольку те таковым не располагали, и бой был бы неравным!
