Gaza-Krieg: Waffenruhe tritt um 7.30 Uhr in Kraft – Demos in Berlin

Bereits am Sonntagnachmittag sollen Angaben zufolge drei von der #Hamas verschleppte Geiseln freikommen – im Austausch für palästinensische Häftlinge. In einer ersten Phase der Waffenruhe sollen laut dem ägyptischen Außenministerium insgesamt 33 Hamas-Geiseln und 1890 Palästinenser freigelassen werden.

In #Berlin hatten am Vortag mehrere hundert Menschen gegen Waffenlieferungen an #Israel und für Solidarität mit #Gaza demonstriert. Dabei kam es laut Polizei zu Straftaten wie verbotenen Parolen oder dem Abbrennen von Pyrotechnik. Mehrere Personen seien festgenommen worden.

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
