На все претензии в мэрии разводят руками и отправляют людей в Государственную жилищную инспекцию Сахалинской области. Видимо, у местных чиновников сложилась особая традиция – игнорировать проблемы с ЖКХ.
Естественно, проще послать людей далеко и надолго, чем выполнять свою работу.
