Вот что хотел про «строителей» пояснить: насквозь продуваемые домики построили не любящие свою работу ответственные строители, а слабали шабашники, которым не стыдно за откровенную халтуру.
А власть, как молчала, так и молчит со времен МММ, Властилин и прочих пирамид. Она не в силах не то чтобы пресечь весь этот «строительный» бардак, так даже не в состоянии хотя бы развернуть информационно разъяснительную кампанию для людей, на что нужно обращать внимание при покупке дома. И, призывать, объяснять, что эти картонные коробки вообще нельзя покупать.
Ведь, сколько было фото с тепловизоров, сколько случаев полного вымерзания домов сразу же после прекращения электроснабжения, а они все молчатнасвязи:) А домики Нуф-Нуфа продолжают лабать и обманывать людей. Да еще под колоссальные ипотечные ставки.
