ФБР выяснило, что террорист, 42-летний ветеран армии США из Техаса Шамсуд-Дин Джаббар, перед совершением наезда на людей опубликовал в своих соцсетях видео, где признается в симпатиях к ИГ* и «желании убивать». Флаг ИГ нашли и в его машине.

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
