Хакеры действовали преимущественно с территории Норвегии и Нидерландов.
На какой-то период сайт Гулаг-Инфо в зоне ru вынужденно приостановил свою работу. Впоследствии проблема с помощью наших специалистов была купирована и решена.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
