В номинации "Лучший военно-патриотический клуб" победу одержал самарский "Центр Плотниковых", который с 2009 года занимается военно-патриотическим воспитанием молодежи.
На базе центра подростки занимаются парашютным спортом, спортивным туризмом и ориентированием, а также могут учиться навыкам основ военной службы и гражданской обороны, среди которых - тактическая подготовка и управление БПЛА.
