Сегодня, 5 января, в 8.59 минут в Колымский ПСО Службы спасения Якутии поступило сообщение о том, что 4 января в 23.00 из с. Алеко-Кюель выехала машина "Suzuki Escudo"в г. Среднеколымск. Расстояние между населенными пунктами 218 километров, время в пути 5-6 часов. Однако до 9 утра машина ещё не доехала до пункта назначения. В машине четыре пассажира - двое взрослых, двое детей 13 и 14 лет. За рулем женщина. В 9.40.поступил звонок по спутниковому телефону о том, что пропавших встретил ехавший в том направлении "КАМАЗ". Оказалось, машина сломалась, примерно в 60 километрах от г. Среднеколымска.
В 9.40 в для эвакуации пострадавших выехали два спасателя Колымского поисково-спасательного отряда на а/м УАЗ.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
