«Назначить Аптрахимова Дениса Рафаиловича начальником Управления проектной деятельности правительства Челябинской области», – говорится в постановлении. Этим же документом признано утратившим силу другое постановление от ноября 2023 года, когда на Аптрахимова были возложены эти обязанности.

We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
