ЖК девелопер планирует реализовывать в 10 (‼️) этапов - пишут, что тут должно появиться 20 четырехэтажных корпусов от 96 до 216 квартир в каждом. Все лоты - с чистовой отделкой.
Документов, кроме РнС, у девелопера еще нет. На сайте ДОМа. РФ новостройка еще даже не появилась, но брони уже стартовали: прайс - от 5 379 500 руб. за 26,5 кв.м.
