В район охраны пожарной части № 129 попадают поселки Балахнинский, Васильевский, Кяхтинский, общая численность жителей – около тысячи человек. В зоне выезда подразделения расположено 5 социальных объектов. Это не последний объект для Бодайбинского района. В 2025 и 2026 году запланирована реконструкция двух пожарных депо в поселках Артемовский и Кропоткин.
