В Госдуму внесен законопроект предусматривающий санкции в отношении лиц не сообщивших о готовящихся диверсиях.
Как сообщил один из авторов проекта, планируется внести поправки в статью 205.6 УК РФ, введя новую норму о наказании до 1 года тюрьмы за несообщение о лице (лицах), которое по достоверно известным сведениям готовит, совершает или совершило хотя бы одно из преступлений диверсионной направленности.
Кроме года лишения свободы, предлагается взимать штраф в размере до 100 тысяч рублей. Также преступление может караться принудительными работами на срок до одного года.
