Отметим, что в 2019-м г. власти республики не освоилиполовины средств нацпроектов и вернули в федеральный бюджет 8 млрд 392 млн руб.Интересно, что тогда первый вице-премьер Дагестана Гаджимагомед Гусейнов гарантировал, что вернёт неосвоенные миллиарды обратно в регион.
Комментируя заявление Гусейнова о возврате средств в регион, Стрелы Казбека писали буквально следующее: «Возможно. Другой вопрос, не повторится ли история?» Кажется, повторилась...
