Согласно анализу Агентства политических и экономических коммуникаций, в первую тройку лидеров вошёл Грозный вслед за Тюменью и Салехардом. В числе антилидеров — столица Ингушетии Магас.
Кстати, мэры обеих кавказских столиц — новички, были избраны в этом году. Интересно, что в октябрьском Национальном рейтинге мэровприбавили оба главы - и мэр Грозного Хас-Магомед Кадыров (слева) и мэр Магаса Усман Аушев. Но почему-то высокий личный зачёт оказался вообще не связан с качеством управления, в котором Аушев допустил такой провал.
Чиновник работал врио главы Магаса с июня 2020 г., а в феврале депутаты избрали его мэром. Тогда мы уповали, что новому главе «поможет неумение». Не помогло.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
