Legenda получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства первой очереди ЖК «Северный порт» на Ленинградском шоссе.

Согласно проектным решениям, в первой очереди будут возведены 3 корпуса переменной этажности, высотой от 19 до 58 этажей, где разместятся 1172 квартиры.

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Ленинградское шоссе, вл. 57.

Архитектура проекта разработана бюро KAMEN Architects.

Завершение первого этапа запланировано на 2027 год.
