Согласно постановлению Правительства Москвы, фирма «Терция», принадлежащая компании Sezar Group, может построить производственный комплекс для пищевой и легкой промышленности площадью не менее 140 000 м² на Рябиновой улице в Москве.
Комплекс будет построен на участке площадью 9,2 га по адресу: ул. Рябиновая, з/у 42/1. Сейчас на этой территории находятся заброшенные постройки бывшей военной части.
Проекту уже присвоен статус инвестиционного проекта по созданию мест приложения труда. Льготы от его реализации пойдут на отсрочку арендной платы сроком на 10 лет за земельный участок во 2-м Хорошёвском проезде, где компания планирует построить крупный жилой комплекс.
