Городской застройщик «Управление экспериментальной застройки районов» (УЭЗ) получил градостроительный план земельного участка для строительства высотного жилого комплекса в районе Нагатинской поймы.

Будущий ЖК будет построен на месте бывшей базы «Мосводостока» в 4062-м Проектируемом проезде.

Согласно документу, общая площадь будущего комплекса составит 199 922 м², из котрых 144 000 м² — жилье.
Максималтная высота застройки составялет 250 м.

Концепция сделана бюро Amirov Architects, которое проектирует объекты ЛСР в Сочи.

Будет ли УЭЗ сам застраивать площадку или привлечет fee-девелопера — пока неизвестно.
