На продажу будет выставлен, принадлежащий городскому застройщику «Управление экспериментальной застройки районов» (УЭЗ), земельный участок площадью 1,6 га по адресу: 4062-й Проектируемый проезд, вл. 8.
Согласно выданному ГПЗУ, на участке можно построить 199 922 м² недвижимости, из которых 144 000 м² — жилье. Максимальная высота застройки на участке составляет 250 м.
Предвижу очень высокий интерес к этому активу со стороны девелоперов.
