Компания Dar получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства жилого комплекса Solos, который будет расположен на Сокольническом Валу.

Согласно проектным решениям, ЖК будет состоять из двух высотных корпусов высотой 41 и 49 этажей, объединенных одноэтажным стилобатом. Также будут построены два отдельно стоящих 25-этажных корпуса для нужд программы реновации.

Архитектурные решения ЖК разработаны бюро Kleinewelt Architekten.
