Компания «РТ-капитал», занимающаяся реализацией непрофильных активов госкорпорации «Ростех», объявила о продаже 100% уставного капитала АО «НПП «Темп».

В состав лота входят земельный участок площадью 3 га по адресу: Каширское шоссе, вл. 17, корпус 5, а также четыре здания общей площадью 25 387 м².

«Ростех» рассчитывает получить за этот актив 912 миллионов рублей. Торги назначены на 27 марта.
