Общественно-деловой комплекс из трех корпусов возведут в Коммунарке

Деловой центр из трех корпусов, объединенных подземным паркингом, появится в ТиНАО, сообщил главный архитектор Москвы Сергей Кузнецов.

По его словам, общая площадь объекта составит 35,5 тыс. кв. м. Москомархитектура выдала свидетельство об архитектурно-градостроительном решении (АГР) на проект, который будет реализован в районе Коммунарка по адресу: квартал 35, земельный участок 12/8.

«Архитектурные приемы и цветовые решения создают интересный городской силуэт, образованный четкими формами и видовыми перспективами. Корпуса характеризуют разная этажность, выступающие и западающие объемы, большие окна, декоративные металлические экраны. В комплексе будут располагаться офисы, а также торговые помещения», – сказал Сергей Кузнецов.
