21 сентября женщины вышли требовать ротации военнослужащих спустя два года после объявления мобилизации. Несколько участниц акции были задержаны и оштрафованы.

Викторию Калину и Анжелу Инюшеву, приехавших на акцию из Татарстана, оштрафовали по статье о «нарушении порядка проведения митингов».

К зданию суда пришли представители всё тех же «патриотических организаций», которые 21 сентября пытались сорвать акцию у Минобороны. Провокаторы, большая часть из которых были молодыми женщинами, называли мобилизованных «ничтожествами» и довели одну из участниц пикета до слёз.
