В 2018-2019 гг. министерство заплатило 115 млн за развитие системы ПАО "Ростелеком", но уже через год все контракты перешли к ООО "Системотехника", в которой трудится 4 человека. В 2021-м компания получила 66,4 млн рублей, в 2022-м - 54 млн, в 2023-м - 53,3 млн, в 2024-м - 66,9 млн.
