Проход на мероприятие тоже будет подтверждаться по одному из этих документов.
В первую очередь это — мера защиты от перекупщиков и мошенников, успеть купить билеты в театр, особенно в пиковые даты, по нормальной цене станет реальнее, а значит мы вместе делаем искусство более доступным!
Правила начнут действовать с 1 декабря на покупку билетов и с 15 марта – на посещение мероприятий. К новой системе присоединились уже 63 театра и 36 концертных площадок. То ли ещё будет!
