中华民国经济部回应说:此次产品2023出口额98亿美元,占全台出口额的2%。因中国石化扩产,大陆地区占台湾石化产品出口的占比已降至两成。ECFA早收出口占台湾全部出口的比例,2023年为3.6%。对陆出口在全部出口中的占比,2023年为35.2%,2024年1至4月30.7%。
ECFA(海峡两岸经济合作框架协议)约定了中国大陆对台实行零进口税率的539项产品2023年底,陆方首批中止了12项化工品的对台关税减让。
