За прошлый год российские импортеры не смогли оплатить поставки товаров на миллиарды долларов, а экспортеры – вернуть десятки миллиардов выручки за свою продукцию.
По оценке ЦБ, внешние обязательства России увеличились на $8,6 млрд из-за возврата трансграничных платежей по внешнеторговым контрактам на фоне санкционного давления на инфраструктуру международных расчетов.
Основной рост пришелся на конец года: в четвертом квартале внешние обязательства выросли на $8,4 млрд, в том числе $5,4 млрд – в ноябре, когда США ввели санкции против 50 банков, уточнил ЦБ.
