Об атаке сообщил глава военной администрации Днепропетровской области Сергей Лысак.

Помимо подростка, погибли две женщины 75 и 79 лет. Еще три человек были ранены: 17-летний подросток и двое мужчин.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
