Келлог написав, що прямує до Європи, аби "зустрітися з союзниками та партнерами, які готові працювати зі США задля досягнення президентом США мети покласти край війні в Україні та відновити стабільність в Європі".
Держдеп анонсував, що Келлог відвідає Німеччину, Бельгію та Україну з 13 по 22 лютого.
Очікується, що в Україні він зустрінеться з урядовцями та приватними особами, "які мужньо витримали майже три роки війни"

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
