Вслед за прокуратурой Тюменской области, проверку "поля чудес" начал Следственный комитет по поручению Александра Бастрыкина. Обращение о нарушении жилищных прав собственников домов в с. Перевалово поступило в Следственный комитет в социальных сетях. Более 500 семей приобрели частные домовладения в селе Перевалово, расположенном в 15 км от Тюмени. На стадии продажи домов застройщик заверял людей, что для подключения электроэнергии им необходимо самостоятельно заключить договоры с сетевыми компаниями.
Купив дома, люди до настоящего времени не могут заселиться и провести ремонт, так как ресурсоснабжающие организации отказывают им в предоставлении услуг, мотивируя отсутствием доступных электросетей. Пострадавшие, в том числе многодетные семьи и семьи участников СВО вынуждены арендовать жилые помещения за свой счет.
Проверка поставлена на контроль в центральном аппарате СК России, где ждут доклад руководителя СУ СКР по Тюменской области А. Кублякова. #ПереваловоБорисов
