🔶این دوره آموزشی به منظور تقویت مهارت‌های مدیریتی و رهبری اثر بخش افراد و با هدف ارتقای بهره وری در سطوح مختلف سازمان‌، برای بیش از 50 نفر از مدیران میانی و پایه دانشگاه برگزار شد.

🔶 دکتر فرزین یغمایی، معاون اداری و مالی دانشگاه که تدریس این دوره آموزشی را برعهده داشت، به شناسایی زنجیره نتایج و مسایل سازمانی مرتبط با بهره وری، راهکارهای بهبود بهره وری، بررسی مسایل سازمانی و کار گروهی پرداخت.
