До Нового года осталось полтора месяца и всего пара интересных отраслевых мероприятий.
26-27 ноября планирую быть на форуме “Сервис в девелопменте”.
Я долго и дотошно пытала организатора, чтобы убедиться, что на это стоит потратить время, и мне нравятся спикеры и выбранные для обсуждения темы: ▪️про то, как искать и удерживать кадры, ▪️про лифты, парковки и работу с владельцами нежилья (и это не про запрет “дарксторов” и молебновв МКД), ▪️про НДС, работу с дебиторкой и обоснование размера платы, ▪️про то, как развивать сервис, когда ты выжил после решения всех текущих проблем 😊

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
