Об использовании видео как альтернативы юридическим документам
В самом популярном канале о юридическом дизайне с умилением (и возможно некоторым одобрением) рассказали о примере компании Лего, сделавшей видео-пояснения для детей по своей политике конфиденциальности.
Не удивимся, что уже в скором будущем и сама политика будет изложена в таком же формате. Логичное продолжение договоров-комиксов.
А что дальше? Согласование и заключение сделок путём танцев в тик-токе? Судебные разбирательства в формате реактов на ютубе? Дивный новый мир…
Мы, разумеется, категорически против всех этих альтернатив, порождаемых фантазией отдельных лигал-дизайнеров. Юридическим может быть только текст. Всё остальное — баловство.
