Группа "Синара", которая принадлежит миллиардеру Дмитрию Пумпянскому, стала владельцем двух предприятий Свердловской области. Теперь им принадлежит контрольный пакет акций крупнейшего производителя молока и молочной продукции - "Ирбитского завода". 25% ценных бумаг приобрела за 683 млн рублей АО "СмартПроект". Таким образом, у них теперь 74% акций. В прошлом году бизнесмены выкупили 49% за 1,175 млрд рублей.
Кроме того, "Синара" приобрела 74,99% Уральского завода химического машиностроения, более известного как Уралхиммаш. Сделка прошла ещё в прошлом году, но в январе должность генерального директора завода занял Евгений Гриценко, который ранее работал вице-президентом "Группы Синара". Как подчеркивают "короли госзаказа", кадровые изменения являются частью разработанной стратегии развития предприятия, в планах – сохранить профиль "Уралхиммаша" и развивать новые направления бизнеса.
