Адвокаты бывшего министра транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Свердловской области Василия Старкова намерены обжаловать обвинительный приговор, вынесенный 3 февраля ему в Кировском суде Екатеринбурга. Об этом они сообщили после заседания.
