"Иностранными гражданами и лицами без гражданства на территории Российской Федерации совершено 4,4 тысячи преступлений, что на 17,3% больше, чем за январь 2024 года, в том числе гражданами государств-участников СНГ — 3,7 тысячи преступлений (+20,2%), их удельный вес составил 84,2%", — отмечается в документе.
Все это без учёта тех, кто уже получил гражданство.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
