Вчера состоялось заседание Арбитражного суда г. Москвы по делу о банкротстве Euroclear. Представители ЦБ и НРД не только высказались против введения процедуры, но и отдельно отметили:
(1) Банкротство Euroclear не имеет оснований, так как активы у Euroclear есть.
(2) Однако они расположены на специальных счетах типа «С» и «И», в связи с чем удовлетворение требований кредиторов за их счет не представляется возможным.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
