Из итогов: ▪️лидером 163-го одномандатного избирательного округа является спикер ГД РФ Вячеслав Володин, набравший 75% голосов. Следом за ним идёт Александр Анидалов (КПРФ) – 16,5%; ▪️в 164-м Балаковском одномандатном избирательном округе лидирует Николай Панков ("Единая Россия"), набравший 55,7% голосов. За ним - Владимир Есипов (КПРФ) с 17,8%; ▪️в 165-й Балашовском ОИО Андрей Воробьёв ("Единая Россия") набрал 48,2% голосов. Далее – Николай Бондаренко (КПРФ) – 33,7%; ▪️в Энгельсском округе № 164 лидирует единоросс Александр Стрелюхин — 48,2%, следом Ольга Алимова (КПРФ) — 25,7%.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). We don’t know what it means to earnings.” And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
