Вынесен приговор вот уже 5й группе людей, которых судили по ст.342 УК за акцию протеста 10 августа 2020 года в Бресте. Судья Шурин в понедельник огласил приговор:
▪️Закурко Анатолий, Нипарко Василий, Сорокин Игорь — полтора года колонии ▪️Самойлюк Алексей, Демидюк Сергей — 2 года колонии ▪️Омрейчик Иван — 2 года 3 месяца колонии ▪️Яхимович Никита — 2 года 6 месяцев колонии ▪️Жуковская Валентина — 1 год 5 месяцев колонии (при этом предыдущее наказание по "хороводу" зачтется в отбытое)
Таким образом, уже известно про 33 осужденных по статье 342 УК за брестские протесты, проходившие 10 августа 2020 года. По такой статье за протесты того дня судят с формулировками "выкрикивали лозунги, демонстрировали полотна бело-красно-белого цвета, выходили на проезжую часть" — то есть людей судят за реализацию права на мирный протест.
