Строительство первой очереди ЖК будет завершено в течение 20 месяцев с момента регистрации договора аренды земельного участка.
Проект будет реализован в четыре этапа:
• 1-я очередь строительства – 15 875 кв. м. • 2-я очередь строительства – 31 350 кв. м. • 3-я очередь строительства – 8 250 кв. м. • 4-я очередь строительства – 5 325 кв. м.
Ожидается, что первая очередь жилого комплекса будет готова во втором квартале 2026 года. И в течение следующих трех лет проект линейно будет вводиться в эксплуатацию. Как отметили в ведомстве, срокиориентировочны и могут меняться в зависимости от текущей военной обстановки и хода строительных работ.
Помимо Донецка, в Кировском районе Макеевки также выделен участок под строительство жилья по ипотеке.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
